About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

Had to visit A and E last night because of a problem post surgery. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist, saw a triage nurse quite quickly and was seen by a doctor with little delay. After examination, I was quickly seen by the pleasant and helpful on call specialist, who dealt with the problem and sent me home, reassured that the symptoms were normal and would ease with time. Today, I received a text asking for feedback and as my response was not delivered, felt I should express my gratitude to all the staff. I couldn’t fault anything and my rating would be a 1. Thank you to everyone, who works so hard to provide such an excellent service.
