(as a service user),

Having had two previous unsuccessful attempts (due to extreme pain caused by diverticulosis). I was dreading the General Anaesthetic & the risk of a perforated bowel. I was actually in a state of anxiety. The nurses were so understanding & kind. Both the Anaesthetist & the Consultant Surgeon took time to listen to my concerns. They were very professional & I was in expert hands. I need not have worried at all. The whole team was outstanding in every way from beginning to end.

I feel very lucky to have had such outstanding care & treatment.
