"I was against group therapy"

...but this has been a wonderful experience.

Jason is amazing, motivational, understanding, empathetic, passionate and full of useful information and has a vast amount of resources that have been beneficial for us all.

I was against group therapy but this has been a wonderful experience and I'm leaving feeling positive that I can continue staying sober and that I have the knowledge and resources to do that.  

Only thing I would change is the length of the programme.  Jason also had other people come in.  Rich, Carl, Steve and Sandra.  All of which were great.  However as the programme is less than two weeks it would have been nice to have got more of a benefit from their experience.

10/10 for all of the staff and the venue. 8/10 for the length of the course.
