"I can hold my head high"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

It was a bit daunting at the beginning. Vicky approached me with so much care and support, it felt like I can tell her anything. From the start to beginning my treatment plan has been so good and each of the steps were explained.

I can not believe how helpful guy are here. In fact everyone I met here has been great and supportive in every step of my recovery journey. I let myself down a couple of times but even though that has been the case, they are still very supportive. Vicky has gone the extra mile for me when it comes to dealing with my court case. I can not fault Vicky and all the staff help in any possible way. I can honestly say from the start to the end, I can hold my head high thanks to these guys.

Hi there,

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is so great to hear our staff especially Vicky has met your needs, by showing care and support. I will ensure she hears your feedback.

Keep working on your recovery and dont be too hard on yourself abut the blips - this can be a very normal part of the recovery process, the important thing is you look at where things when wrong and learn from it, putting in new strategies so it doesn't happen again.

Can I wish you all the very best for your journey.

Regards.

Tracy.
