"Outstanding care"

Having had a previously poor surgical experience at a different hospital, I was anxious about having a hip arthroscopy. I needn't have been as the experience I had on Cedar Ward was positive from start to finish. The staff were all professional, dedicated, hard-working and caring. I felt well looked after and the nurses and auxillaries were always patient with me even though they were run off their feet. Everyone involved in my care was warm and friendly, from the physios, surgeon, ODPs and anaesthetist, to the nurses, auxillaries, porters and catering staff. They all did their bit to make my stay a very pleasant one. It was well organised, well managed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the orthopaedics day surgery unit. Thank you.
