Both my husband and my father have recently received outstanding treatment at high Wycombe hospital and the Churchill hospital in Oxford.
Having attempted to reply many times to offer feedback for the outstanding care I am furious that I can’t respond.
I now understand it is because my Virgin media phone provider doesn’t allow us to respond to the NHS 808 70 number. ( and other short numbers).
Therefore feedback good or bad from virgin customers won’t get through to these hospitals. Appears to have been a problem since 2018.
