About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a service user),

I would like to thank the staff part of the ICATT team from Highbury Hospital, in Nottingham (Steph and Adam) for their care and support of my son; giving him the confidence to talk about his feelings. He was looking forward to their every visit to express himself, something we have never seen him do before. Through doing this, they pulled us out of a very difficult crisis and placed us on a path to recovery by giving us strategies to manage his behaviour, support and advice which has allowed us to restore the order, which we have been seeking and pleading for, back to our home. Thank you so much.

Many thanks for leaving such positive feedback about how ICATT supported you and your son.

I am happy that your son is recovering and that advice on strategies to manage his behaviour have been successful.

I have shared your feedback with Adam and Steph (and the wider ICAT Team) who are extremely appreciative. They reported that they very much enjoyed working with you all.
