"Full hysterectomy, left in pain"

I had a full hysterectomy Feb 2020. 

The night time care was very poor by the nurses. I was left for 9 hours in pain, I kept asking for the Dr and help for the pain but no one came, they stayed in their nurses station. There are lots of bank staff at night but they either didn't know what to do or hated their job.

The way 2 senior staff members spoke to me was disgusting that I went home the next day (they were not bank staff). I had nightmares when I came home. I have never felt so vulnerable in my life. I am just so thankful that I had a great gynecologist, the thought of having to go back there terrifies me.

So if these reviews do get read from the powers above, please sort that department out for all the other vulnerable ladies going in there.
