About: University Hospital Hairmyres / General Medicine (Wards 9-12)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 12

The nurses are excellent so kind and sympathetic

The doctors are lovely very mannerly when introducing themselves to you, they have explained my care for when I get home.

The cleaners are always cleaning my room every day they are in.

The food is good it is always served hot and is a good choice.

Everyone is so helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with our volunteer; it's always a great tonic for staff when people recognise their professionalism and praise them for their care, kindness and compassion.
