Disgusted at the lack of appointments available at this GP, I have just recently moved to this practice along with my newborn baby. I have tried twice now to get an appointment for my newborn baby to be told to ring back the next working day at 8am as all future appointments have gone. Do you know how hard it is with a newborn to remember or even try to be free for a certain time to make a phone call. More advanced appointments should be made available instead of releasing a select few everyday.

thank you for your comment and apologies for the delay in our response.

Pre-bookable appointments are available 4 weeks in advance. These can be booked either via our automated system on the telephone or through the online access facility. If you prefer to speak to a reception then please contact the surgery. Our reception team will always offer the first routine available appointment, however, if you feel you need to be seen urgently on the day, then please let our staff know.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attentions. Should you have any further queries, please contact the Practice Manager at the surgery.
