Procedure completed at Forth Valley Royal in Falkirk by David & Jennifer.   Amazing people. David explained everything he was going to do and the procedure itself was painless. We had great banter; an easy, happy environment and the two of them made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.   A credit to the NHS.   Thank you David and Jennifer for my procedure being painless and confident in their ability.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely, positive feedback. It is great that we, as a team, were able to reduce your anxiety levels...that makes us more relaxed and comfortable too!
