Hospital @ Home UHM

My husband was not eating or taking any fluids, I was concerned he was becoming dehydrated. The GP wanted him to go to the GP surgery but I was unable to get him there due to his frailty and mobility. The GP visited the house and discussed Hospital at Home. We had this service last year for IV antibiotics. All the team was excellent, polite and very professional.
