(as a service user),

168 Group -

Michelle, Sian & Paddy run the group. I get help & support from the group and ideas to organise my week.

EBI Group - 

Support & Help.

NA -

Michelle signposted me to NA. 1 meeting in and I've met people in the same position as me.

Michelle is my keyworker - she is a nice helpful, woman. I feel comfortable talking to her and she is a good listener.

I'm Lydia and I'm one of the people at Change Grow Live, who listens and responds to people's feedback.

Thank you for telling us about your experiences.

It's really nice to hear that you feel like our staff and volunteers listen to you and that the groups you attend are helpful in your recovery, It was especially lovely to read your comments about Michelle, Sian and Paddy! I will make sure that they and their managers get to hear about your comments as I know they will really appreciate it.

Before I go, I just wanted to say that I feel like you should give yourself a lot of credit too! Our staff and our groups provide people with lots of advice and support, but often, this only helps when people are willing to listen, keep an open mind and take action.

It sounds like you've done! You attending NA is a perfect example of you taking positive steps in your recovery! So well done!
