"Minor Operation "

After visiting Beech House Surgery today for a minor operation, the staff were lovely very professional made me feel very relaxed and very friendly , excellent patient service and

made me feel completely comfortable with the procedure. I did feel a thing and they definitely deserved a great patient feedback mention from myself.

No problems making the appointment with the doctor and followed up with second procedure all well and good.

The receptionist was very professional friendly and helpful with booking my next review appointment and can I also mention Anthony I think he works doing administrative work in the surgery

is a credit to Beach House remains professional & calm under pressure when dealing with patients which I have also experienced on one occasion when I witnessed a very rude patient trying to make an appointment on the day when the surgery was completely full as he was totally unshaken by the lady manner keeping a cool professional manner and offering the best advice for another day and time to suit ,he was filling in on the front reception well done, a couple of months ago. Also all the doctors I personally seen at Beech House are a credit plus the nurse too. Its a very busy doctors practice although the always try hard to , accommodate short notice Emergency appointments on the day if you telephone at 8.00 am
