About: CGL Birmingham / East Hub

(as a service user),

I have been using 168 meetings for a while with the support of Michelle, Paddy & Sian.

I feel this service to be of a big advantage in my life.

With the best support ever from this group I feel that I am heading in the right direction for my recovery.

I'm Lydia and I'm one of the people at Change Grow Live who listens and responds to people's feedback.

It's so nice to hear that the support you have received from our staff, volunteers and the 168 groups has been life changing!

I will make sure that the people you have mentioned get to hear about how you feel. I'm sure they will be extremely proud that they've had such a positive impact in your recovery.

Recovery isn't easy and it requires lots of hard work and effort from the person who is trying to achieve it! So I'd like to acknowledge that the progress you've made wouldn't have been possible without your own determination and commitment! So all credit to you too!
