"Outstanding support provided by OT"

About: CAMHS South Ayrshire; Health Visitors South Ayrshire

(as a service user),

As pupil support co-ordinator in a Primary School in Ayrshire it is my job to ensure that the children in our school receive the right help at the right time.

In our experience the professionals from the UK Health and Care Services who come in to school to work with our children build a great relationship with the pupils and their families. They help to improve outcomes for our young people and support our whole school community to be the best that we can be.

We enjoy excellent relationships  H & C S colleagues and feel that communication is a strength. As well as attending meetings, they are always happy to answer a question or signpost us to helpful information.

It is a pleasure to work in partnership with other agencies in order to have a positive impact on the lives of young people.

Thank you for all that you do.

Many thanks for taking the time to post feedback on the Occupational Therapy Service providing support within your primary school. Collaborating with schools is an area we have been working hard to develop over recent years hence your feedback is very much appreciated. This is a fantastic story which highlights when agencies work well together we can achieve positive outcomes and improve support to children and their families..
