"Meditation and mindfulness"

The meditation and mindfulness 8 weeks is brilliant I have learnt so much, about my self and also enjoy things around me, which normally I would not take any notice. It has enabled me to focus & meditate when I am in a difficult place I. e. craving, things not going right. It is very non-judgemental and safe to enable you open up.

Thanks for taking the time to share you feedback. It's really great that you found the Mindfulness so useful especially around your cravings and emotional management. We were really lucky to have the external agency provide the course.
