I am a long time patient of the practice and the change over the years as with most surgeries is really showing. Difficulties getting appointments, especially with the same GP for continuity, and "1 appointment 1 problem" signs around the reception area tell how under pressure these Drs are. They work hard, probably too many hours and likely as frustrated as we the patients are. 1 appointment 1 problem is all well and good and understandable under the pressure of fitting in so many patients, but joining the dots on many problematic symptoms mustn't be overlooked. I do hope the recent change of no open surgery days is reversed as this was definitely a plus for Valley Medical center. I'm saddened not to be singing it's praises but think the Drs and staff are struggling under the pressure of what's happening to our NHS.
