My teenager had been unable to have vaccinations because of a needle phobia (brought on by an experience at another surgery) one of the nurses and other surgery staff have been working to over come this. They have worked with the young person, provided understanding, patience and a nonjudgemental service. This week the Vaccinations have started and the teenager now feels so proud and will be able to go to University with medical cover. Thank you for such an individual and caring approach when the NHS is so stretched. It turns out patients do matter!
