While visiting my mum in hospital, I thought I’d call in to audiology for some new batteries for my hearing aids. I mentioned to the receptionist Debbie that I wasn’t hearing as well as I did. She asked me to wait one moment and returned with Lee who checked my ears, changed and shortened the tubes of my aids and 10 minutes later I my hearing is so much better. What brilliant service. Thank you
