"Fantastic care given"

I had an endoscopy yesterday and must praise all the staff in the department. Nurses fully explained the procedure beforehand and made me feel comfortable and very at ease, so caring and professional- a fantastic team. The Doctor was extremely nice and informative.

Procedure was so much better than I anticipated. A little pain, but did not last long and was easily forgotten. I asked for sedation, and when ready to leave for home I was as right as rain and did not feel any side effects of the sedation.
