About: One Recovery Bucks / Aylesbury

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

MBAR course is really helpful. I am in week three and the teacher is warm, kind and passionate.

We have 6-8 of us on the course and everyone is learning and sharing their dependency challenges & successes.

We all agree that this course is helping with relapse prevention.

It is really beneficial and crucial that our teacher has been on similar journey so she can empathise with us.

Mel is fantastic!
