"My stay in hospital"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Pilgrim hospital 

Complaints 

1. Took them a hour to bring me a commode so had to improvise and squat to urinate 

2. Hardly fed at lunch-wasn't given proper meal or desert

3. Staff talking to me like shit-didnt like any of the menu so asked for alternatives got told "there isn't any"

4. They are taking over 2 and 45mins to empty my comode it was left that long there was a hole in the pot

I am so extremely sorry and disappointed that this has happened to you on one of our wards at Pilgrim Hospital. Clearly this was a traumatic and distressing experience for you and is clearly and unacceptable level of care. We would like to investigate the concerns you have raised with the ward staff and hospital management.
