"standard of care"

I would like to report the exceptional standard of care that I have had from the rheumatology department in Gartnavel Hospital. I experienced the onset of this horrible condition a year ago and since then have been treated so well by all members of the team. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism that I have encountered from all with whom I have been involved and single out Maureen, the nurse practitioner, in particular for the empathic attitude. The consultants ....Professor Porter and Dr Bawa   and Dr Gupta ........have all been so patient in treating me and I   am humbled by all of their patience and attention to detail. Thank you so much. Even the staff at reception have shown me such kindness and care. Well done.
