"Rheumatology nurse practitioner helpline…"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

My sister in law has been a patient at Rheumatology for several years.

She tells me, and I can confirm, that there is no Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner helpline phone No, when having a flare up, or current medication is not sufficient pain relief. Please advise why your hospital does not have the same help, as for Example NNUH, or west Suffolk hospital, for Rheumatology help

I apologise for the delay in responding to your query. I have contacted the team in Rheumatology and they have reassured me that their aim is for every patient who is currently being treated to receive an advice line information sheet, these details of the advice line are also posted onto our hospital website.

Please ask your sister-in-law to contact me directly either by email or phone and I can ensure that she receives the advice line information and knows where to look on the website for these details.

Kind regards
