"Poor and Requires Improvement"

It is not a good care home at all. All style over substance. It is now nice to look at but the respite care of my mother was well below par. I spoke to them on a number of occasions about their failings and was just fobbed off. Most of the 5-star reviews on Yell are all on the same day and month, probably staff trying to bump ratings up. They've taken-down their Facebook page and their Website now - what are they hiding? They've been rated a Requires Improvement for nearly a year now - that must tell you something!
