"Excellent treatment"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

Spent half day in Ward 15 today and from 7.30am until 1.45pm received nothing but professionalism, kindness, understanding, patience and extremely pleasant and friendly staff. From the reception staff, through the nurses, porters, doctors etc. cannot find anything negative to say! Always seem to be hearing about the negative side of the NHS so thought a positive comment would be very appropriate. Thanks again to all the staff in Ward 15.
