(as a service user),

Prior to hip replacement had home visit from Maxine, Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor.  Maxine was  very informative and extremely helpful.  I found the information and equipment supplied invaluable.  This made my pre-op go smoothly on my return home.

All staff in hospital extremely helpful.  A great team.
