"Rude"

About: Colchester General Hospital

I visited the walk-in centre and the receptionist was incredibly rude! the women was moaning/complaining that I had come to the walk in centre today in front of the whole waiting room full packed of waiting patients, even sighing and nodding her head saying how she wasn’t happy! I felt so embarrassed I waited near the enterance doors to be called through. I visited today as I had a few spots appear on my arm and wanted to know what it was (might be chicken pox/might not be!!!). She definitely didn’t have any patient care at all and would never recommenced to anyone who visits... the receptionist definitely needs to work of patient skills because today she had none.

Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience at the walk in centre. I am sorry on this occasion it was not as expected and for any embarrassment and inconvenient that this caused. I will make sure that your comments are passed on to the senior team in the walk in centre for their attention. Many thanks
