(as the patient),

We were told how good everything is at the labour ward and ward 17 but we were blown away by everyone as what you can't expect is how kind everyone is and this make such a difference. We didn't have a straight forward delivery but everyone stayed so calm and that was so reassuring and everybody just can't do enough for you. 10 out of 10 experience.

Having a baby can be such a stressful time, it’s lovely to hear you felt calm and reassured throughout.
