"Appointments system "

The appointments system is not for the workers. We are not allowed to use our phones on the factory floor only at break times, by then all appointments have been allocated!! we don't always need to be seen urgently just need a routine appointment which you can't get. Walk in centres won't refer you to a consultant if need be they just say contact your doctor!! One big circle and still got no appointments
