"Uncaring"

About: Park Road & Menston

In Aug 2019 my wife died after fighting cancer for 10m. The first time we actually had a visit from a Dr showing any sort of interest or compassion was only a couple of weeks or so before she passed away. Since she died over 6 m ago I have not personally had any contact from the surgery to offer condolences or support to me should I need it. I accept other support is made available to help with my grief but I just feel that a caring local practice would have shown more compassion and support, I know surgeries are ever more stretched but even a call just to offer support and enquire about my own health in my grief would have been nice.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback; I am very sorry to hear of your loss and your disappointment with the Practice. To understand the circumstances and to look into this further please may I ask that you drop me a line at the Practice or call me to provide your name?

I hope to hear from you soon.

Many thanks.
