(as a service user),

Would like to thank the lovely lady who did my biopsy recently in clinic E Mention to me step by step what was happening and asked me throughout.if I was fine.   Wasnt the most comfortable procedure but made me at ease throughout.

Thank you for making what could have been a worse experience better
