(as a carer),

I know things are tough in NHS services but wanted to thank you for the care and treatment of my relative who has been very poorly but has had excellent help from you over the last 3months and is now turning a corner and feeling confident enough that he can contemplate returning to the care of his gp after the work he's done. 

Thanks, the little personal touches and the kindness made all the difference

Thank you for sharing your experience of working with the South Recovery Team.

I am really pleased to hear that your relative has had the support he has needed from the team and is now recovering.

It would be nice to be able to share this with the people who have been working with you and your relative if you are able to let me know who has been involved in his care.
