About: Victoria Hospital / Colorectal Unit

(as the patient),

Quite relaxed and calm because all the staff at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Shona, the assessment nurse, was assuring and explained the whole procedure clearly and the doctor and nurses were friendly and explained everything as the procedure progressed.

The recovery time was made pleasant and caring.
