My mother has been coming to this practice for years and she has spoken to me many times about one particular receptionist that started working since last year, she always went out of her way to help whether it was with translating in Bengali, booking appointments, requesting her medication properly, reminding her of her appointments, even helping her to book an appointment with her usual doctor. I was so sad to hear that this particular receptionist is no longer working there. She was definitely an asset, very kind and very happy, always assisting even when others couldn’t due to language barriers and other reasons. I hope that she’ll be around again in the future.
