I experienced a bad attitude from some of the staff at Crimson Hill Support Services Limited recently. I asked them advice on behalf of one of their service users who was terribly unwell waiting out all night in freezing temperatures. They were unwilling to help her, were totally unhelpful and some of the attitudes from the managers that day were considerably hard to understand considering they were from the caring profession. It made me worry, although we tried to take care of her as best we could. I would not expect this of a private company and was pretty shocked by their lack of kindness.
