"Absolutely joke!"

This place is an absolute joke, took my 2 year old daughter to the minor injury unit as she was in pain with her neck and arm due to a fall, fair enough they weren't aloud to X-ray under 5s which I understand but I asked if she could just be looked at while we were there as there was something not right with her, we were seen by a nurse who didn't seem to care whatsoever and had terrible attitude she didn't even check her over all they did was ask her to raise her arms which I told her that she could do already but was in pain with certain movements and just told me to give my daughter calpol and nurofen for the next few days. I have now fount out that there was a problem with my daughter and she has Got a broken collarbone So maybe if they would have just listened to me and checked her we would have solved this problem sooner, not happy with this place at all they always seem like they can't be bothered with checking anyone and are so miserable!!
