"Amazing experience"

Yesterday I arrived on time for a minor operation, and was greeted by the surgeon and nurse, who took me along to the theatre immediately. After going through the paperwork and formalities, the procedure took place so efficiently and considerately. The staff put me at ease, and I was treated with kindness and thoughtfulness throughout. I cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved upon, and am very grateful to the whole team.
