"The consultation resulted in a considerable improvement"

I've been wearing a pair of hearing aids for nearly two years, and despite efforts from other audiology teams to configure/fine tune the units, I was still not satisfied.  I went to see the team at Mount Vernon hospital, a lady called Meena, and found her incredible!  I suffer from tinnitus as well and she took the time to listen and make suggestions; but also go through all the steps/process on the hearing units to configure the settings that suited me, whereas this wasn't done in previous instances.  The tinnitus is still there but the outcome from her consultation has made a considerable improvement.  I'm not one to post reviews, but felt Meena deserved the recognition as someone who genuinely cares for the patient.  Thank you!
