(as a service user),

I regularly attend the phlebotomy department at Coatbridge for diabetic management. The nurses here are amazing. They run the service so efficiently meaning there are no long waiting times. The staff are always friendly and genuinely take pride and care in their jobs, ensuring you are comfortable during your visit. The atmosphere in the room is very relaxed and the skill shown in taking bloods effectively in comparison to other experiences I have had.
