Having accepted a cancellation appointment and attended well before time, I was still waiting 30 minutes later. I was called by the nurse for eye drops etc.I declined as I knew it would a further delay which in total would be at least an hour.No notice of delays in the clinic on screen.Shocking.This Hospital needs to get a grip on its appointment systems so patients do not have to wait such lengths of time.I have complained to "pet " and they have not contacted me, in fact I sent a em last week and that as not be replyed to,they are a total waste of time
