"No compassion"

About: Crimson Hill Support Limited

(as a service user),

I had been poorly in December and found that the compassion was withheld. I was denied treatment for being too unwell. They said they were waiting for other professionals to help them, but I believe this was an excuse because there was no other professionals involved.

I was waiting with no help even though I was supposed to have it. Crimson Hill managers decided to halt it continuously with no promise of when they were restarting it. We were not kept informed. They did not give any indications, just would make it up. To date, the director still will not communicate to us any plans or weather she will let happen again or why. I still have not got full hours.

They have their own rules to suit. They have no polices online or in paper form to tell you how long a complaint will take. They have not kept their promises. They stall. I am not impressed by the way they manage the company.

It has shown a lack of compassion and understanding which I think a care company working for people with learning disabilities and mental health problems should acquire.

I haven't been impressed with lack of communication skills. It may be due to the large quantity of staff who are leaving and starting, I realise they have problems. But even so, they should be willing to talk.
