"'Let down' by Crimson Hill Support"

My mum used Crimson Hill Support as she had complex needs. The service was not great. We feel they have let her and us down in respect of her care from them. She has not had the allocated hours and although they always have not got enough staff, we were left dangling with no communication. Weeks and weeks without care or no contact. It was not good. Over Christmas and New Year and all of January and February, no answers to our questions. We gave up as there was no point in contacting them. The managers are away. No complaints procedure. The secretaries and other staff kept promising to pass on messages but it made no difference. If you complain to this firm they think you're challenging them. I wouldn't hold much hope in this care agency.
