"A blessing in disguise"

I went to the Old Irvine surgery in Kilmarnock yesterday, there had been a mix up with my appointments but it was a blessing in disguise.   Mr Brown the podiatrist and their receptionist Jill were instrumental in helping me out.   They went above their normal duty and fixed my feet right up.   I had blisters underneath which needed seeing to (I wear special soles) and they were painful.   They both went out of their way in obtaining contact numbers for the hospital for me, helped me with parking my car and showing genuine concern.   They saved me a lot of inconvenience and I think they deserve a special mention message.
