"I am very happy with this service"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedics Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as the patient),

I suffered a broken wrist and had surgery to fix it [August 2019]. I received a letter from the Fracture Liaison Clinic and had a DXA scan and was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I am now receiving treatment for this condition. I am glad that the Fracture Liaison Service contacted me. I have been kept well informed and I am very happy with this service.

Hi GSD Lady 4

I am sorry to hear about your injury in August last year. I am however glad to hear that as a result of your follow up by the Fracture Liaison Service and subsequent DXA scan your diagnosis of Osteoporosis is now being treated and that you were pleased with the service you received.
