It is a great service to offer, especially when the thought of going into hospital terrifies you. The care and treatment was more than what I imagined and I was made to feel less anxious. All the staff were so caring and patient and made me feel confident that I had this help. Thank you to Lou and all the team for helping me.

We as a team always strive to provide the best quality care within patients own homes and avoid admission to hospital which as you pointed out can be extremely distressing.
