"Waiting for appointment"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a relative),

I phoned audiology appointments today for my husband who is deaf and visually impaired. Twice the person who answered asked me to wait.   Music was played. After 15 minutes I hung up because the music kept being disconnected with no one speaking. What a disgusting service!
