Visited urgent care centre having dropped a paving slab on my finger! Seen within 20 minutes, X-ray, diagnosis ( broken in two places) dressing, pain relief, antibiotics and tetanus jab plus referral to Lister hospital for plastic surgery assessment. Out within 2 hours. All carried out by experienced nursing professional who could not have been nicer. Thank you! A credit to the NHS.
