"Extremely poor care for the 2nd time"

About: Freeman Hospital

Appalling care. Contradiction from audiologist and consultant. Communication very poor between them. Ironic considering they work in the profession of hearing issues! Dealing with patients with hearing loss makes the above comments more worrying about the quality of care that you may or may not receive. Very worried & upset patient left the ENT department today after seeing both. Scared of what the future holds for people like me,when you are seen by uncaring individuals like I've seen this afternoon. Some people may be more fortunate to catch them on a good day and fair better with their treatment. Good luck. It's like a lucky dip on the lottery! To what? if any care? is awarded to you or your loved ones.
